Failure is only a learning experience with an unexpected outcome. Your wins will only benefit from that.

A favorite, or memorable AYPO experience?
Definitely when Professor Dixon conducted an entire movement...on mute. It was hilarious to see because he was so into it. But it was like "He's having so much fun right now," and it was really inspiring.
What do you hope to do after graduation?
I want to be able to positively impact people's lives with the power of music. Whether that's touring, recording for another artist, or simply playing by the camp fire, it's what gives me the most joy.
What musician, conductor, or orchestra inspires you and why?
Timmy Commerford, the bass player for Rage Against The Machine. His playing and style has been a real driving force for me to take the music I'm making to the next level.
