What do you hope to do after graduation or your more long-term goals?
“I'm actually undecided on my future career, but I know that I'll continue playing music no matter what I end up doing.”
A favorite, or memorable AYPO experience?
“Moving up to AYP from AYSO with Geni.”
What musician, conductor, or orchestra inspires you and why?
“Mrs. Emily, my old oboe teacher from when I lived in Georgia. She's like my Yoda because she was the foundation of my music career and taught me everything I know today. She also has the most beautiful tone---better than anyone else I've heard in person by far.”
Your advice for young musicians?
“Surround yourself with friends who support you, not see you as competition.”
