What musician inspires you and why?
Gustav Mahler’s music inspires me because of how his personal struggles in life were reflected through his music. His portrayals of loss and existential concepts through music is exiting and touching
Your advice for young musicians?
If you love your craft make it your priority and fully dedicate yourself to it.
What do you hope to do after graduation?
I plan to attend the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt as a Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholar as a music performance major. Professionally I aspire to be an orchestral musician and potentially play on soundtracks.
